Precision Straights

A range of standard length waveguide straights in a variety of materials. The high performance is based on the use of selected, sized, tube, careful assembly and selective tuning where necessary.

Bends

Precision Bends
The precision bends have been designed to offer the optimum performance based on an average length and bend radius. All bends are precisely assembled to ensure the highest performance.

Compact Bends
A set of specifications has been provided to offer the minimum radius bend available for both "E" and "H" plane bends in the respective frequency range.

Unflanged Bends
This range was developed as a machined from solid replacement for cast bends - to avoid possible issues during brazing and with porosity

Twists

Precision Twists.
The precision twists have been designed and precisely assembled to offer the optimum performance based on an average length and twist angle. They are available in clockwise and anticlockwise orientations.

Micro-Twists
A range of micro twists are ideal for applications where space is at a premium.

Micro Twists

The machined micro twist is ideal for applications needing a 90 degree twist in polarisation in a small space. It is particularly useful at lower frequencies where the saving in weight and space can be significant

The machined twist typically covers half a waveguide band.

Unflanged step bends Bends

Step bends
These step bends are machined from solid brass or aluminium. They are useful where there are issues with the brazing process or with porosity.
They are available in 30, 45, and 90 degrees.
